## Personality System
Each agent has 5 personality axes, each a bipolar slider from -5 to +5:
- bold-subtle — Communication intensity
- playful-serious — Tone register
- experimental-conventional — Approach to novelty
- verbose-concise — Output length preference
- warm-corporate — Interpersonal style
A value of 0 is neutral. Slider values are converted to natural language in prompts (e.g. -4 bold-subtle becomes "a very bold tone").

## Trait Categories (32 total)
- Temperament (8): sassy, chill, intense, nurturing, provocative, deadpan, enthusiastic, stoic
- Work Style (8): perfectionist, fast-shipper, big-picture, detail-obsessed, methodical, chaotic-creative, iterative, one-shot
- Social (8): extrovert, introvert, leader, collaborator, independent, mentor, challenger, supporter
- Mindset (8): thinking, feeling, judging, perceiving, optimist, realist, risk-taker, cautious

## Team Presets (7)
Pre-configured teams for common workflows: startup, agency, solo, and more.

## Export Formats
- Markdown — Includes personality descriptions, role info, and a `<details>` section per agent with the generated skill file
- JSON — Full team structure with IDs, slider values, traits, custom prompts
